KUDOS To ............................

My Favorite Northeast Philadelphia Pizza Shop, by far the Best in the area I live in. It is made the old way; hand tossed then laid out on a wood top counter/table where the sauce and then the cheese are added then goes on a wood /metal board which is lightly sprinkled with corn meal then placed in the oven on its floor without any device (pan, wire rack or other), to hasten the cooking time (about 15 minutes) and it's delivered Hot - The are the Bomb!!!!
